I stayed in a spacious room with two large windows. these windows offered beautiful views of the tyn church, what a treat! the hotel staff were super kind and professional. which i super appreciated. the beds were comfy, and i found the pillows so soft and wonderful!
The gym's limited equipment was a bit of a bummer. I had to wait to use the treadmill.

The breakfast buffet featured a lovely variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. i noticed the breakfast room staff were friendly. they greeted me each morning with a smile and made sure i had everything i needed.

My suite included two separate sinks and a very nice rainfall shower. i appreciated having a seating area. It was perfect. the room temperature was easily adjustable, awesome.

The customer service was high level. They even communicated via whatsapp. i also received a welcome drink and a note from the manager on arrival. the staff helped explain parking options, a big help to me.

The breakfast choices were good. I found the location very convenient. It was right in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, i appreciate that.
My room had a small window. It was not ideal. It could only fit one person and a suitcase. That was a minor inconvenience. There was some noise from nearby bars until late. It was difficult to sleep before that.

The location was acceptable because it was walkable to many places.
The bathroom was too small with the shower in a separate closet. The mirror cabinet was hung high and my eyes were barely visible in it so it was difficult to dry my hair. I would have appreciated a discount.
